Do you think it's realistic to ask teachers to change their pedagogical approaches AND adopt a new technology? It might be overwhelming and unrealistic. Perhaps you can start small and ask them to start with one unit, or one lesson that uses these approaches (especially since these folks are new to teaching?). I think it's great for you to consider the TPACK model as you plan, but probably not for them (unless you are using it as a form of reflection).
